Topic category: Help with modding (Java Edition)
I'm a total beginner when it comes to modding Minecraft, so after a few hours of trying things out, I've given up and want to ask for some help.
Basically, I created a simple modded mob that has no special properties for now - it's just a mob that uses a player model and attacks the player with a lot of knockback. On singleplayer, this works completely fine, the mob spawns naturally and through spawn eggs, and does exactly what I made it to do, but when I put the mod on a dedicated server, the mob doesn't spawn, and the console shows the following error message:

The server does launch properly, it's just that every time the mob should spawn - no matter if naturally or through a spawn egg - the server shows the error instead. I'd be really happy if someone could explain what's happening and how I can fix that! :)
