I'm trying to make an item like the golden apple, but I don't know how much a HEALTH BOOST effect level is

health boost and absorption…

health boost and absorption give 2 hearts per level each, but absorbtion gives temporary hearts that cannot be regenerated, whilst health boost gives 2 regeneratable hearts that arent regenerated yet.
