Unable to load procedure when using the file manager plugin

Hi everyone, this is my first post on here in a while so sorry if I make any mistakes. I installed the file manager plugin and it works great but when I go back to edit a procedure all of the blocks I use are gone I have re-made the procedure a few times and the same thing happens I looked at the java code and it's all there the blocks just are not showing. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?
