How do I turn one item into two with custom crafting station

I probably worded that title bad, but I'm trying to make a crafting station that crushes one item into two, essentially splitting it. I'm not new when it comes to procedures but I have no clue what I've done wrong here and if anyone can help me I'd be grateful.
