Elements under this tag UI in MCreator - Imgur
This (above) is the current UI used for the "Elements under this tag" and similar menus. It is very hard to see all the elements that are selected and the scrolling being slow doesn't help either.
I propose this menu is eraticated and replaced with a more user-friendly menu that makes viewing, selecting, and adding elements easier. Something similar to the way Windows explorer has set up would be nicer, maybe with a menu to scroll down a list of elements.
