What do you mean with that? Do you know how to make a Clock but don't know how many ticks 24h are?

20 tick = 1 second. 24 minutes = 1 day in minecraft but I need to make that tick number into 24h system like: 6000ticks is the time in world. 24h system: 12:00.
Do you want to make an overlay that shows the time or to make minecraft days and nights longer?
