How do you make flowers spawn on end stone?

I cannot place flowers on end stone! It is really annoying me. Also when will anybody reply??????

Maybe try to make a block…

Maybe try to make a block exactly like the end stone, make i appear in the end and, if the block above it is air (I think that air is what's in the end, I'm not sure) then places a flower in y+1.
