Making it so blocks do NOT show up in JEI?

What the title says. 

I'm using a lot of blogs that we loaded into the world it will spawn structures. But those will clog up JIE. I'm just wondering if anyone knows how to do this. 

I kiw it might sound silly, cause JEI is designed to go ahead and show all the blocks. But what about stuff like, *Redstone Lamps on", or the variance of stairs. 

Like they share the same block ID.
