Inventory icon size (SOLVED)

Hi there,

need your experience once again please

Everytime I make a small item model (for example a small dagger) the item ingame is perfect but the icon in inventory is so small that almost invisible

I believe it's not a texture problem but not sure

Can anyone advise ?
