How to remove entity bubble particle?

So i want to make a water entity that stays on the floor, if i check water entity it wont go to the floor, but it will float. I made it a non water entity and checked immune to drowning, but sometime after being put underwater it will make bubble particles. Is there any way to stop this or are there other ways to make a water entity that sinks other than the immune to drowning one.
