If I make an overworld-like dimension with the same biomes, will the generation be exactly the same?

If I make an overworld-like dimension with the same biomes, will the generation be exactly the same?

If I make a copy of the overworld by setting all the options as close to the original overworld as possible, will the generation be the same? Like a complete duplicate?
