Problem while right clicking to edit a procedure

Hello, i'm Zlikedokiller, a new user of Mcreator, the last day, I tried to edit a procedure to make an enchantement, so I start the menu to make a procedure and when I try to add procedure blocks or right click to edit the base event, it did nothing, no errors, I don't know what to do, if someone have the solution, I will be really happy.
