Help With Making a reskinned mob

I want to make a mod that only adds teh tropical slime from Minecraft Earth. I don't want anything special, I just want it to be a reskinned slime that drops tropical fish when killed and when right clicked with a bucket it turns into a normal slime and turns the bucket into a bucket of tropical fish.
