How to place my two block plant with the "Place ___ at x: _ y: _ z: _" piece

My plant grows from a 1 block to a 2 block plant, so I have it remove the one block plant and place the two block plant. But the "Place ___" code block will only place the bottom part of the plant. Both parts of this plant are the same plant piece, so I cant mention the second block separately and have it placed too. So how do I place the whole plant?
