texture help

could someone help me with a texture I mean I'm the worst at making textures, so if you have had a good amount of experience could you help?

I need two textures. the names of the blocks will be ocean stone and chiseled ocean stone. I'm kinda wanting ocean stone to be dark, blue and it looks like it belongs at the ocean floor.

chiseled would look like ocean stone except as end stone bricks bricks bassicly.
