I need help with Mcreator sounds

Okay, so I am trying to make a lightsaber mod in which i should hear a certain sound when i pull it out/hold it in my main hand. The problem is that it constantly loops and i cannot stop it because the trigger applies every single tick. Can anyone help? Would mean alot if you can add an attachment so i can understand better.
