Event Trigger help

Hello,

I want to make a simple Forge mod for 1.16.5 with MCreator. The Plugin should add a simple enchantment called (Ice Walker) wich is just like the Frost Walker enchantment but

doesn't place (Frosted_Ice) instead it should place normal Ice that you can break an get the item from and I don't know how to do this so I would be very happy if anyone helps me.
