[Suggestion] Custom Suspicious Stew Potion Effects for Flowers

When making a plant, if it is a static plant type, you can make said plant a flower with its very own suspicious stew potion effect. However, it does not allow you to add your own custom potion effects to it. It would be a great quality of life change to allow you to choose custom potion effects in-menu without having to code it yourself.
