How do I make it so that when a certain advancement is unlocked they can use a certain keybind?

So im making a mod thats basically a mod that mixes a bunch of things, but I'm confused on how to make a certain advancement give a player access to certain a keybind. If someone could tell me the answer it would be well appreciated!
