please help me im pretty dang stupid
Im stupid, How do you change the speed rate a pickaxe breaks and make it break certian ores, kinda like how diamond can mine any, but stone can only mine iron.

harvest levels:
0-wood harvest level (only stone and other things)
1-stone harvest level (only iron ore and other things)
2-iron harvest level (diamond and gold ore)
3-diamond harvest level (obsidian)
4-netherite harvest level (unused in vanilla but it can mine everything)
You can set the harvest level when creating a tool and you can set the harvest level required when creating a block
you might want to search before posting
