How to generate vanilla blocks into a custom biome?

I'm trying to generate granite, andesite, and diorite into my biome but it's not located in the "biomes features" nor do I see any other way to do it. Am I missing something obvious or is it a little more complicated than that?

Granite, andesite and diorite automatically spawn if the biomes underground layer is stone (relevant if the biome is in another dimension).
