Hello, i was wondering if anyone on MCreator could give me some ideas for my Sanity Mod.
This mod adds in a sanity bar that goes down and up depending on what you do in-game, I've already got the sanity overlay set up, i also have a few procedures adding and taking away from your sanity depending on what actions you do in-game.
what I'm asking here is some ideas on how to show them (as in effects, overlays ETC) that their sanity is going down and that it is a serious threat.
killing animals goes down by 1?
I've already made it add 2 sanity when you hit a mob, do you have any other ideas, I'm thinking of adding some items to lower and higher Sanity, any ideas on that?

How about some potion effects as your sanity goes down. For example. You could get Nausea if you are low on sanity and blindness at lowest sanity.
Both of these additions sound good, all though i don't think i will include blindness because it tends to get very annoying.
Any more ideas?

Oh I've already added that actually but do you have any NEW items to add to the mod that could help with sanity?
uh maybe Sanity Gem?
Like what FreddyFoxGam3r said about blindness, but instead you could create an overlay that darkens all sides of the screen leaving the centre more visible than the corners, like a heavy vignette.
