Sanity Mod

Hello, i was wondering if anyone on MCreator could give me some ideas for my Sanity Mod.

This mod adds in a sanity bar that goes down and up depending on what you do in-game, I've already got the sanity overlay set up, i also have a few procedures adding and taking away from your sanity depending on what actions you do in-game.

what I'm asking here is some ideas on how to show them (as in effects, overlays ETC) that their sanity is going down and that it is a serious threat.
