Chicken-based mobs have a broken wing animation

When I make a mob with the Chicken base, it's wings constantly rotate in a complete 360 degrees on the Y axis.

I've seen the same problem with other peoples mods.

Other mobs have normal animations, it's just the chicken that's broken.

Please fix the chicken animation!
