make a custom entity spawn when a structure spawns mcreator

Hi i would like to know how to make it so that when a custom structure is spawned in (using structure block)   it spawns in a custom entity that i made

inside the structure? just spawn the entity and check the Entities Stay or smt like that on the structure block

then spawn the entity and check the checkbox on the structure block so entities stay
