If this is your first time using the software, I recommend leaving it for a while to decompile the assets required. Creating a new workspace, or opening the software, requires time to set up in order to run properly.
If this is a recurring issue after using the software previously, you may need to reinstall the software to refresh it and stop it from getting stuck on this process. If you choose to do this, I recommend backing up any existing workspaces beforehand, to be safe. I am almost certain that this isn't the best method to fix this issue, but if all else fails, it's worth a shot.
