How to make a living enitity avoid the player?

I am trying to make a living entity that tries to avoid the player. In the future my goal is to make a passive mob that can be hunted (kinda like a deer). The mob would get spooked and run away if you get close without for example sneaking. I dont have any experience in coding or working with Mcreator although I understand that something like this is possible to make with Mcreator. Currently I know that when creating a mob you can add the "avoid entity in radius" block under AI and goals, but it seems like you cant select the player as the entity to avoid. If anyone know how to do this please try to explain how.
