So. I'm trying to make a potion effect called Clarity, which applies the glowing effect to every entity. However, I can't figure out how to make it work. (Yes, I am using Procedures.) Please help? I would prefer to stay within the realm of block coding.
To clarify, (pun intended), I know how to apply the effect to other entities, I just don't know how to make that happen when the player gets the potion effect (Clarity).
