Problem with mod file

Hello, I've problem with downloading file. In my GUI I haven't button to download mod file in .jar. I've only button with download in .zip but when I download mod file in .zip and I put the mod file in .zip to Forge Minecraft Launcher it don't read my mod. Please Help!
