Restart your PC, dont open MCreator, find <Pylo> (usually in program files )and delete it, then go to <user/(name of pc)> and delete .MCreator and .gardle (Not Mcreator Workspaces).
Reinstall the newest version of MCreator, then click on "open workspace" and select your mod in the workspace folder.
This fixed my problem and we had the exact same log. hope it helps
