How To Create GUI Buttons That Plays Animation On Player With NPC?

So what i wanna do is make a mod about interactions with an npc. what i want it to do is when a player right clicks an npc it will open a gui and then you can pick diffrent animations.

once player selects said animation it will then do the animation with said npc for example

Punching eachother.

or

Hugging.

Or

Shaking Hands.
