Crop gets stuck on growth stage two

I have the same procedure for every growth stage and all of the growth stage blocks are the same except the name and texture but for some reason it stops working after stage two. I checked multiple times and I do have the right block in and so its not replacing it with itself but I don't know what the problem is. I even checked the generated code and it was all the same except the block it was replacing so I don't know what to do. Can someone help?
