I would need a hand to create a sword with gesture

hi everyone I need help to create a sword that when I press the right button replaces the surrounding blocks on ice with a range of about 10 blocks that disappears after some time and that slows down the entities and nearby players.

I would also like to create a custom command that has the same functions as /give but with different words.
