itemstack NBT in gui

Hey there,
I have been trying to use NBTs for some gui's, but in the selection, you can either select ENBT (Entity NBT) or BNBT (Block NBT) but where is the itemstack NBT? Do I just need to use ENBT or BNBT for that?
