when player died he get banned

Hi,

Im trying to make an mod like the plugin AwakenSMP

but to do when a player died he drop an head, and he only can respawn if someone 

place the head in the ground (When he died he get banned, and when someone place the head in the ground he get unbanned (pardon).

How can i do this?

PS: i use the the 2021.2 mcreator edition.
