"Overlay display condition Builder" it's not showing in the Overlay tab

In my Overlay tab the part to edit the procedure is no longer appearing.

Probably I clicked on some key and now I don't know how to undo to reappear and so I can edit the procedure "Condition true if: true"

I've already tried the restore defaults and reinstall the program but neither of those two worked.
