model/texture not showing properly(hopefully I don't find the solution literally a minute after posting this again lol

the problem is its for some reason showing up partially smaller(hopefully the image shows, the top of the carton is showing a hollow bit, but, as if the model cube was made smaller.)
and the cap isn't showing either. neither is the top tab...

I hope the images help figure out whats wrong/what I did wrong.

(MCreator, please fix your "image" part of the posting options lol, posting links atleast will do)
