Entity spawn condition help

I'm trying to create a mode in my mod that, when enabled, spawns in more difficult entities, but I'm having a bit of trouble.

When I go to the spawn conditions setting and create a condition, it does not appear in the dropdown menu. I'm pretty sure that I have everything set up correctly.
Here is my code:
If (Get Global: unleashed=true)
Do: Spawn at [x] [y] [z] (Mob)
