Power Shutdown

Is it possible to create a power lock in Mcreator? This energy lock would work like this, you can cast this energy lock by right clicking on a specific item. Where that energy lock touches it explodes. I've seen a forum teaching how to create a laser in Mcreator, but not a 3D texture. I'll put an illustrative image of how it could work.
