Armour ability

I need help making enderite armour, i have the recipes in my head:

Enderite Scrap:

Smelt, Ender Infused Debris

Enderite Ingot:

Shapeless:

4 Diamonds + 4 Enderite Scrap + 1 Netherite Scrap

Enderite Armour+Tools:

Infuse Netherite Armour/Tools with a Enderite Ingot in a smithing table

But that is not, what i need help with right now, i need to know how to add two abilities to Enderite Armour:

Teleport ability,

and a Water damaging ability

and i don't know how to check if the player has FULL Enderite armour

And the person who helps me finish the mod by giving me this info,

Will get early access to the mod and help me test the mod IF They want to!
