save a mob owner in a NBT tag

Hello,
I would like to store the name of the player who has tamed a mob and to be able to make another mob be tamed by the player whose name is stored in the tag nbt. But I can't do it, I tried to get the player's name as text with "create text with:" and "get owner of" but then I can't use the nbt content with "tame by". If you know how I can achieve this, I invite you to share this with me. Thanks in advance for any answer :)
