Custom biome spawns next to another custom biome

So I created a biome in one of my custom dimensions, and made another one later on, however, the latter biome will only spawn next to the first biome. Ive changed the biome temps, made sure they have no tags, definable biome, etc, However it keeps spawning next to the same biome. Any idea how to fix this?
