Hello. I'm trying to make an enchantment based on a weapon from the game "Team Fortress 2" called The Marker Gardener, which boosts damage by 3x while "blast jumping".
Of course, there's no rocket jumping (kinda) in Minecraft, so I wanted to make it activate via the Elytra. I've tried, and here's the procedure I've been using:
