Intergrating JEI into a 1.16.5 modpack failure

Hi all,

I have been trying to figure out how to integrate my mod with JEI but i cannot figure out what I'm doing wrong. I have tried to follow the tutorial here: https://mcreator.net/forum/62385/1152-jei-api-integration-custom-crafting?page=4 to no avail. could someone take a look at my code below and let me know what I am doing wrong?
