How do you add an arrowbar for custom furnace?

I'm using MCreator 2020.2 for 1.12.2 Minecraft

 

I'm trying to create a custom furnace GUI, but I'm wondering how you create the images. For example, the little fire that burns and the arrow that shows how much progress till it is done.
