how to put a potion effect in a potion in loot table?

i want a potion to spawn in a loot table but i want them to be potions like healing and speed but when you put the potion in a loot table there is no way to choose what the potion will be so its just a uncraftable potion that spawns in the loot table, is there any way to make the potion have a actual potion effect?
