Export Owner of tamed mob in global variable

Hello

i would like to export the name of the owner from a tamed mob in a global variable to add it later to another mob.

Maybe someone knows there a way because i already tried to export it as a string and number and text NBT but as it looks it is safed in a Itemstack format? maybe some can show me a way to export it ^^
