Client Crashed after killing Wither

So I was killing a wither and when I defeated it, the client crashed. I don't know if there is someone who has a similar glitch, but I think the reason why my client crashed is because of one of my weapon enchantments. It deals extra custom damage every hit. I did find this in the console though: "Exception stopping the server java.lang.IllegalStateException: Removing entity while ticking!"
