Replace block at X Y Z with smelting result of block at X Y Z

I'm making a mod with a wand that  want my to replace on right click as example stone with cobblestone, sand with glass, wett sponge with dry sponge. So like replace the block at X Y Z with the smelting result block of block at X Y Z. 

So my question is is  there a way to replace the block at X Y Z with Smelting result of block at X Y Z. Not like the ores because ive got that already. I need it to replace the block.

Could anyone help me with this? :D
