Plenty New Biomes Eight is here

Plenty New Biomes Eight (PNBE) is the current release of the mod. It adds many different biomes including the very rare Foggy Mountains to the simple Grassland Plateau.

List of biomes

• Alpine Forest - A snowy highland biome contain forested snowy peaks and summits.
• Alps - A snowy highland biome with very high terrain that is mainly flat on top.
• Arid Plateau - A plateau desert biome constructed out of sandstone found within desert areas.
• Aspen Forest - A forest with yellow aspen trees scattered about.
• Boreal Forest - A forest with tall larch trees among the small larch trees and bushes.
• Canyons - A biome that generates as a terracotta plateau and forms canyons when rivers cut through the biome.
• Chaparral - A hilly biome with dense shrubs and mid-level terrain.
• Cliffs - A biome with huge cliffs of cobblestone. Very large source of cobblestone, which can be crafted into cobbled bricks.
• Dark Plains - A plains biome that generates with scattered trees and podzol that replaces the grass blocks.
• Dunes - A hilly desert with mounds and mountains of sand. Very common within desert areas.
• Fen - A swampy biome with larches and oak trees that spawns on swampy ground.
• Foggy Mountains - A mountain biome where the terrain is gray and the sky appears overcast. Rarest biome in the mod currently.
